S5 Hotspot not working!!!

[AC Question]

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S5 hotspot. Every time I turn it on everything works fine until I connect to it using my laptop., I keep getting the little yellow triangle and it says something about the proxy when I troubleshoot the connection. I have tried multiple laptops and have also contacted my carrier but have had no luck with either. HELP!

Welcome to Android Central! Where do you see the yellow triangle, on the phone or the computer? And what exactly is the error message?
