My S5 gets really hot pretty fast. 10 mins of usage and it's blazing hot , how do I fix this?

It gets hot when I'm using it plugged or unplugged and I've wiped the cache already. I've even factory restored it

As ironass suggested try a cache clear in recovery first. I'm betting a new battery would do you little good.

Put your phone into Safe Mode, (as detailed in my earlier link), for a few hours and see if it still overheats.

if you take your battery out and put it on a flat surface, touch the corner of the battery to spin it. if it spins freely like a top=need a new battery as it has a bulge (even if you cant see it with the naked eye).
