S5 Signal Loss, what can I do?

S5 Signal Loss

My S5 has a really weak signal, it can work fine for a few hours then the signal repeatedly goes from receiving to nothing at all. No service provider, its goes from 113 dbm 8 asu to under a hundred dbm. It shows H+ but wont play youtube for example, or load a google page. It was bought in germany on vodafone and is now used in the uk on O2. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's not because of the water damage you've mentioned?
