S5 Won't Delete Pics

Can anybody help me? One of the numerous issues I am having with my S5 is that it won't delete pics. I go in to pictures and delete them and 24 hours later they're back

I didnt have an S5, but do you by chance have it set to sync photo's in the photo gallery app, it could be syncing them back to the phone.

Go to Settings, then go on accounts, next you should have a list of apps that sync stuff to your phone such as photos, contacts, etc... click on one of them and turn off the one that is syncing your pictures. Picasa Web Album is the one that bugs me.
