S6 and 6.0

Hi,

Do you guys think the S6 will ever recieve an update for a new android version, or will it be stuck on 5.0 forever like the S5 which is just now beginning to get 5.0, 5 months after it was announced?

It will get the next two major announcements, at least. It will take some time to roll out tho

The carriers need to speed up the updates and I don't think that Lollipop will be the last OS update.

The carriers are and will always be the bottleneck. Sadly apple doesn't have to deal with that (somehow) but everyone else does and it sucks. It adds 4-6+ months from OS announcement to delivery. Sure apple devices get updates, but sometimes that not a good thing, look at iOS 8.

Everything comes out in the next two years will likely be pushed to s6.

And btw, personally, I really don't care if Sammy pushes more Google adware in future androids onto my phone. It would actually be better if they don't.
