S6 camera problem

Hello guys
I opened the camera app and there are strange vertical lines going right to left like on the old tvs and even when i take a photo they are still visible.What can be the cause. Can this be caused by water or something? The story is i was heading home when a warer drop dropped on my screen like on the middle of the screen i have a screen protector and i cleaned the screen so i dont think that caused it .

Usually those artifacts are either a faulty sensor or loose wiring. Do the lines 'move' as you're taking the picture or are they always in the same spot? Do they only show up while using the camera or on anything that's being displayed on the phone? What about using the front facing camera, are the lines there too?
