S6 Why is my phone quiet at "Night"

I have a sound profile app to control when I want the phone to be silent, but there seems to be another setting that's making this choice for me at "night". Where is this setting and how can I turn it off so I can just use my app to control silencing the notifications? I understand the setting is useful but it's not the do not disturb setting because that's set to off. Seems we should be able to view and control the setting at least.
