S7 edge battery drain, please help

hi
i had a bit of battery drain myself on my s7 edge
what really worked for me and in fact has saved me about 30%-40% battery is uninstalling the facebook and messenger app
i now use metal for facebook, it doesn't show in the battery stats but facebook is a real battery hog...give it a try
hope it helps

Why wouldn't facebook show up in the battery stats if it's such a huge battery hog?

Where can I find the "answer" - you mentioned to skip to the answer on how to get rid of bloatware, but there are over a hundred pages. Not sure where the info is. Any help finding it would be appreciated!

PS I downloaded the package disabler pro...but not sure which system apps are safe to disable - there are so many things listed! Any advice?

My AT&T Note 5 has horrible battery life 9.5 hours total on time, I found that the problem is always a weak cell signal. I used LTE Discovery app and found the problem is my phone keeps grabbing onto LTE Band 30 which averages - 112 db. It's making the phone useless there seems no way to force it to change LTE bands. I proved this by putting my SIM card in a phone that does not have band 30 and my average signal strength on bands 2 and 17 is - 89. Cell signal is killing my Note 5 to the point I'm ready to get rid of it.

I actually got rid of my note 5 because of its horrible battery life. With all new phones it's awesome for the first couple months then a couple updates come out and then the battery is awful. I have the s7 edge (US model) now and it's better but not really good battery life like everyone saids the International model does.

Go to mobile networks in setting and change to LTE ONLY OR 3G ONLY

I have the same problem after going to nougat, s7 edge with 25-30% remaining battery life. It suddenly shuts down with status of 0% battery. Anyone encountered this?

Tried wiping my cache already to no avail. Haven't tried resetting to factory yet. Also currently changed my charger cable since there is an exposed wiring already not sure if there is an affect here on the battery charging. So will update tomorrow if the changing of cable wiring worked.

EDIT:

Changed my cable but still after 35% of battery life it dropped to 0. Anyone has any solution here?
