Make sure nfc,background wifi scanning is off and brightness on auto...

That is exactly what I do as I never use Bluetooth or nfc so they are always off and i keep my brightness always on auto

4 hours 45 minutes on average. What more do you want? And what are you expecting?

What sorted my battery life out was having location set to gps only, and switching it to cell and gps only if I needed to use google maps

[/IMG]The cell signal at the time of that screenshot doesn't look very good. Since poor signal can contribute to battery drain, it'd be helpful to see the cell signal strength throughout a battery charge cycle. You may have to install an app like GSam Battery Monitor to get that information.

A poor signal definitely drains battery. From the looks of it you do have a poor signal from your cell company

Yes poor signal does affect battery life as your phone will hunt from for a stronger signal which will affect battery life

The signal's not great, although it's not constantly bad either.

I noticed from your first post that you had 2 hrs 9 min of screen on time, with the battery down to 44%. This means you were on track for about 4 hrs of total screen on time for a full battery charge -- that's not all that bad. The constant mediocre cell signal you have is probably enough to explain that whole battery picture.

I still think your battery life isn't that unusual, given your usage patterns, estimated screen-on time, and signal issues.
