S7 edge: only allocated 1.58GB of usable storage

[AC Question]

When I look at his much storage I've used, there's only ever a couple hundred MB of storage available. All of the different storage 'places' are calculated incorrectly (applications only show 19MB when there's about 500MB.) When I look at CCleaner it says 1.56/1.58GB used. If I plug the phone into my PC I see the same thing.

I've tried resetting it to factory default and wiping cache. It has not solved the problem. Please help

Is CCleaner a preinstalled app?

Ive just created an account. I am the OP of the post, just to avoid confusion.

Ccleaner wasn't a preinstalled app, i downloaded it from the play store. Also I thouht it might have been a counterfeit, however, the screen is incredibly high qualtity (as one would expect) and i dont imagine that a fake phone would have that good a screen. Is there something that i can do to validate the authenticity of the device? I bought it second hand so theres a fairly decent chance its fake (although it really does not appear fake)
