S7 Edge to G6

anyone here switch from that one to the other? i really hate the edge screens cause i keep accidentally touching them plus the battery life is terrible.

What do you want to compare? I had great battery life on the Edge but the G6 battery life is also great.

I didnt switch directly from one to the other but I owned 2 edges. Hated the touch issues on the edge, hated not being able to protect the screen properly, hated the lag that showed up after a month or so.

Camera was great on the edge but I like the G6 one better. Other than that they are pretty similar feature wise. Design wise the G6 is hands down better for me.

I have a s7 edge and just bought a g6 a couple days ago. I really like the feel of the lg in hand. I also like that I can put a glass screen protector on is also. I wasn't crazy about any of the protectors for the s7 edge and I went through 8-10 different manufacturer's. I'm not going to say the lg camera is better or worse. Its different. It depends on what you like in a photo. The battery life seems better on the g6. I was going to get a s8 but just don't care for the curved screens.

Yup, S7 Edge to G6, to S8 to S8+ back to G6. I have the Edge screen and the lack of fluidity​ using my S7 and the issues I had with the A
S8. This G6 just works awesome.

I owned two outright. One G6 went to another family member on my account and the S8+ was defective and they were supposed to just exchange it but the dude returned it instead and didn't charge me. So I decided to just go with the G6 again.

I just dropped my s7 sdge and shattered the display. Found out it was 550 bucks to fix it where I live. Went to the store and picked the g6 love the flat but big screen. And been really loving the wide angle lens. I got to use the s8 for a day and kept the g6 felt better to use in my hand. The s8 actually felt too narrow. I do like Samsungs cameras but this g6 has really won me over.

It's too narrow and too tall and feels entirely too thin. Just a weird and uncomfortable design. Maybe the regular 8 is better but I'm not willing to find out.

Yep that's exactly it. Couldn't figure out what was happening but at night my hand would be sore in a way I've never felt. My thumb would cramp. I honestly thought it was just me getting old lol.

I actually only used the regular one not the plus and yeah cramped. Felt like typing on my daughter's iPhone 5s.
