Ok, so my shipment date changed to 3/7. My bank authorized the payment, I received a copy of the device payment agreement, but no where says it has shipped? I have looked through the app, desktop site, and the email that said my order was placed. I am confused.

Yup, I'm in the same boat as you.

Right there with you. I have the shipped date of 3/7 on my edge. no shipping information. I'm going to give it til this afternoon then I'm going to call. my fedex and ups doesn't show a new shipment yet. My husbands s7 shipped yesterday the package was 2# general knowledge in here states that
it may only be one phone. My banks been hit 2 times so I will be calling them reguardless

I was in the same boat as you guys above me. Last night I got charged, my app said shipment date of 3/7 but no tracking numbers or which carrier. About a hour ago, I checked the app and it now actually says shipped and has a tracking number for ups. But my question to everyone, if it shipped out this morning, will I get it tomorrow or Thursday?

I hope mine ships via FedEx from Memphis. That will get it to me in one day even if sent via Ground. If they send UPS, its two days even on ground.

Just wondering.... How did you get a tracking number?

They updated the app...well no. I called and asked for it. Didn't get it. Then it populated and a manager from the call center called me with it.
