My invoice has disappeared. I called CS asking about the hold since they fully charged me for my first preordering that I cancelled. I won't seen my bank account charged again. So I won't have that as an indicator :-( they just used it from the first one for my second one.

I was so excited when I found out they were shipping orders! I placed mine on the 23rd as soon as they opened so I was pretty confident I'd get mine shipped too. My order disappeared when I check today. I called customer service and they said my order got stuck and they had to cancel it, @ss holes God. Now they say that I can't be helped til Monday and that they'll get me my place back in line. So my phone probably would have shipped by today. Thankyou Verizon for screwing me over!

I ordered a gold one on 2/23. It still says processing and ship by 3/11. My card was charged the tax of the phone today.

You have to be kidding me. I'm in the exact same boat. Ordered eighth before 8 am eastern and always had a 3/11 date but all day today my ordered disappeared not to come back. As screwed up as Verizon systems have been during all this, I'll wait till tomorrow to hope it restores or else I will be calling and hoping that isn't the case for me as well

Hi All, for all of those Verizon silver orders, they are out there and here is my status. Pending charge on credit card today for Best Buy ordered for pickup in Cedar Rapids, IA an Unactivated device Samsung - Galaxy S7 edge 32GB - Silver Titanium (Verizon Wireless) Status: Pre-ordered Expected release date: 03/11/2016 processing.
Hope it helps.
Update: Now says Expected release date: 03/07/2016. I should be getting an email over night letting me know it is ready for pick up at Best Buy.

I somehow don't believe this unless you put misinformation in when you preordered. Verizon will always call you to fix an order before canceling...

No shipping info other than Shipping 3/6.

I keep laughing because my agreement has updated, my new upgrade date for 3/2018 has updated, but it still shows my iPhone. I'm like no, no, I will not be paying you anymore for that nor will I be keeping it until 2018 lol.

And yes I know it's just a matter of the information updating, I'm not stressing, it's just funny to me.
