S8 Borders sensitivity: HARRRRRR!!!

Is there a way to disable touch screen input on borders on my S8?!! I hate that the phone keeps doing something as soon as I grab the phone. It's inevitable that the fingers will touch somehow the screen

you can disable edge panels from Settings>Display>Edge screen>Edge panels.

Yes, what Jason said, disable edge in settings>display >edge screen.

I don't think those settings disables touch inputs at the edge of the screen. It only allows you to turn off the edge panel. I have mine turned off and it's still senses touch at the edge of the screen sometimes causing some wonky inputs. I actually run a case on this phone just to put a bit more space between my hand and the phone (I've never run a case on any android phone before this).

This is why I like bezels around the screen. Putting a case on mine has recuded, but not eliminated, the problem for me.

I confess, I, too, miss bezels. It annoys me to no extent when the bloody thing launches a program I have no need of at the moment.

A case has been of some help. But given the cost of this device - - why???
