AT&T Galaxy S8 S8 Call Speaker very very quiet

If I take a call using my headphones or on speaker, it sounds completely fine, however, if I use the call speaker on the top of the phoen it is very quiet. I tried cleaning the speaker, but it still doesn't work. Has anyone tried to fix this or had this problem?

It's probably related to the waterproofing of the phone.
