S8 Downgrade from 9 to 8. Please provide steps to enable Oreo 8

Good day everyone! One of my favourite apps, "Total Recall" was a incoming voice recording app. With the OS 9, Pie, that stopped the recording of incoming calls, with the new version. But, if i revert to OS 8 (Oreo), it will work again.

Could someone please list all the steps to take to enable me to revert my S8 to the OS 8, Oreo?
