S9 case in the rain?

I just ordered the Spigen Rugged Armor Case for my S9 and just wondering how this case will survive rain?

I usually keep my phone in my pockets at all times, but in case I need to make a call outside during rainy periods, how well does it do in the rain?

No mention of being water resistance or waterproof.

Your phone is water resistant anyway so you don't need a water resistant case.
The case itself is made of plastic so don't worry about getting it wet.
