Safe to accept OTA with root and TWRP?

As far as taking OTA with root, I dont suggest it. Forgot to mention that much.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but I finally got around to unrooting today. I followed the instructions from here: LINK and everything worked as expected.
I was worried when I booted into recovery mode and got the red exclamation - didn't realize it required another key combination to actually access the options.
