samsuing fascinate makes noise when i text, email, write notes etc.

i hv audible touch tones enabled under settings, but it says it's just supposed to give the dialpad sound, not anything else.

on settings under audible touch tones, it says it's just for the dialpad. i don't want it to sound when i'm texting or putting notes into my phone. is there any way to keep the audible for dialing numbers but not anything else please? i used to have this capability and now i don't know how to get it back. thank u!!

There should be settings under Language and Keyboard for changing sounds. I have the Motorola Charm but most settings for google phones are basically the same.
