Tried the code and no go for me as well. So I'mma wait it out and see.

Update: spoke with customer service via chat. They're going to issue me a new code in 2 business days so I can order the active 2. Fingers crossed lol.

I still havent received my preorder credit but my order shows only $150 e credit and I chatted with a samsung rep about the other $50 I should have got for using the reservation link and they said they will issue me a $50 one time coupon but it is sku specific and they made me choose an item I would buy with it.

That's unfortunate. My $50 pre-registration bonus has no product restriction. I just have to use it by the end of the year.

I just tried the code for the Active 2 and it said applied yet the price didn't change. Then I tried again without the wireless charger freebie and it then said invalid.

It may work with the galaxy watch because its older. Like it works with the 1 generation active watch.

According to Samsung, taken with a grain of salt, the promo code will not work with a preorder. However once available for sale, it can be used. So, I shall wait. The code doesn't expire until December anyway.

I also want to try on the Active 2 (44mm) and make sure it is not too small. I have the gear S3 now and would have upgraded to the Galaxy Watch already if not for the Active 2 coming out.

Plus as stated I want the LTE version hope it launches soon.

I notice a number of you have a $200 voucher or the $150 and a $50. Did you order directly from Samsung to get the extra $50? I got mine via early order from Verizon and only have the $150 code. Suggestions appreciated.

The new watches are not an upgrade from the S3. Taking away mst in samsung pay is definitely a downgrade.
