Samsung $150 Gift Credit

The watch active 2 isn't even shipping until 10/23 according to the website. I should probably just use the code for the Galaxy watch and call it a day, but hell, I've come your far haha. I'll get an email follow up within 2 business days. Allegedly.

On a chat right now where they said the credit is not good for the Active 2. This is NOT what I was told last month. They have escalated me to a manager and they are asking for the chat id. I did not save the chat of course so we will see where this goes...it sounds like Samsung really screwed up on this one.

Reading the fine print, they make it clear its available for "select" items. So they covered their butts. Always something fishy with samsung. It never goes smoothly. What a joke. Everything that is actually available is garbage that I dont even want. Annoyed.

Right, it is for select items, but my point of contention was that I was told by a Samsung rep in the chat I'd be able to use the code when the watch active 2 was released.

If you chose to have the chat transcript emailed to you the ID should be on there, that's where I got mine from anyway

Of course I can't find the chat transcript from August where the rep told me I could use it after pre-order so I am SOL. Sucks. Guess I will be using it on the Active 1 or give it a few more days to see if their system updates.

It's charging to 100 now and I will let you know! It's my first smart watch I'm pretty excited. Had them open a silver 44 at Best buy but decided on Black. I'm excited!

I'm liking it so far, I don't have a huge wrist but it doesn't feel to big. Once I streamline my notifications I'll like it even more. Took a call and it was nice and clear even though we were both outside. So far two thumbs up! I'm sure I'll be back with more questions in the future haha

Code not working for me either on the Watch Active 2. Bummer. I knew I should have pre ordered through Best Buy they have a ton.

I went to Samsung.com on my phone (not the shop app) the watch is showing get a free wireless charging pad with the purchase of watch active 2. I haven't checked it on my computer. Maybe that's why the code isn't working??? Hoping we are able to use the $200.00 eCredit on the watch at some point before it expires.
