Samsung Account log in problems: processing error!

Can anyone help me please? I've been trying to log in to my samsung account using my tab and it keeps telling me that there is a "processing error". I've read in detail other discussions about this problem, but they were posted in 2011. I did also try all that they suggested, but so far no joy......... it's very frustrating as I'm trying to download a matheletics app for the kids to use.

If you have setup a Google account, Play store will be a much easier and wider audience selection to choose from.
