Samsung Apps HELP!

Alright Android world, I need your help.

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4, I've had it for months and I can not download the Samsung Apps store on my phone. Please help me get this app on my phone.

I've tried going to apps.samsung.com and I've tried downloading from the Samsung website, I've tried purchasing an app from the store via my laptop and my tablet. Lastly, I've tried contacting Samsung Support team and they don't whats going. Now its time to ask the real experts...what should I do?
