Samsung camera starts talking

Hi there,
I need help. My camera suddenly starts talking. Everytime I access the camera, it will say "Flashlight Off" to tell me that flashlight is disabled. It talks on every button I press. This happened suddenly without me changing any settings, and this happens only in camera app. I've been searching ways to disable it without any success. I even disabled/uninstalled STalk in Application Manager, but it still keeps talking. I think I'm going crazy.
Any advice please ? Thanks

Btw, I'm on Marshmallow if ithat matters.

Settings / Accessibility / Vision. Turn off Talkback.

Thank you for suggestion, but I don't have Talkback option in Accessibilty/Vision, but I only have Text To Speech option, and Samsung TTS is chosen by default (and can't be disabled). I finally disabled Talkback in Application Manager, but it's no help.
I finally solved the problem though after reading some comments that some persistent apps with camera access would still activate Talkback despite it's disabled (a bug ?). I finally found the culprit, it's Samsung Optical Reader. Once I turned off Optical Reader as Service, the talking finally stopped. Thanks for your help. I'm glad the problem is finally solve.d
