Samsung.com and Samsung financing issue?

Anyone else experiencing the problem of Samsung.com not recognizing your Samsung financing account. Tried to order, but Samsung financing wasn't an option, took me to the application page. But I already have an active account. Others on Reddit seem to have same issue. Thanks

I'm trying to use my AT&T Next finance plan and they're still trying to charge me full price for the phone at checkout!!! Called support and it's a known issue and they are "researching" it.

You need to link your account when it says call TDD Bank there is a link lower down
