Wow, after all friggin day, my order was finally placed. Red Ultra 22. 256, sprung for the blk Galaxy 4 watch. I need a drink after almost 12 hrs of Samsungs website. Aarrgg.

I got the Burgundy S22 Ultra in Burgundy 512MB. Got the Phantom violet buds but the 45W charger was not available. Darn. I love my Note 20 Ultra 5G 128MB but it's time to let it go. Woo hoo. Nice to see a lot of the regulars on here. It's been awhile.

Has anyone ever ordered a phone from Samsung and gotten it earlier than the date they say? I thought I read a few years ago some people got their phone a few days before it went on sale.

for those who are fortunate enough to have successfully checked out and placed the order, may i ask if your credit card was immediately charged?

mine was, and that's very different from previous years. iirc, in previous years, there were excitement posts galore when folks would post, days after their orders were placed, that their card was charged!!! meaning they feel that shipping date was close.

however, today, my card was charged immediately! wonder why.

Standard every year, most likely delivering on Wednesday Feb 23th and shipping sometime around Feb 21st

Oddly enough, I couldn't get PayPal to complete.
I had to change to my credit card. What a day. Mentally exhausting.

I'm supposed to be preparing Tax Returns & all I did was mess with this order process all day. My husband even made dinner. I guess he knew waiting on me to cook tonight was a lost cause.

The charge may show up on credit card but it'll be authorization. It'll only post when the phone actually ships. To answer yes my credit card also was authorized for the order amount when order was placed. It's done that every year for me.

I'm not sure how to find out on my samsung card I got tonight but it says no down payment so I wonder why you would have already gotten charged on your credit card. I would have thought it wouldn't be charged until after you receive it which is stupid since that's over 2 weeks of wasted time when you don't even have the product yet.

Ahh yes, this makes a lot more sense. I was confused why since DualMonitors would have been without product for over 2 weeks and time counting down until they have to make the first payment. That's good to know.

It really would be mentally exhausting and especially since Samsung had to have known their servers were going to get slammed today. And as someone mentioned earlier in the thread, you would think someone as big as Samsung would have been more prepared than they were.

I was finally able to get my order in for the White Ultra 256 on samsung.com. Got a couple of the freebies but most were out of stock already so there that!

Mine usually charges and then after a few days the charge will fall off. The charge will appear again when the phone ships.
