Samsung.com Orders

The irony of the trade in program requiring the charger to be sent back with the old phone & yet the newer more expensive replacement lacks just that.
Samsung's trade-in program does not require sending back a charger. From their trade-in FAQ:
When I ship back to Samsung the device I’m trading in, should I send the charger, case, or other accessories with the device?

No – you should ship only the device, including S-Pen for Galaxy phones, to Samsung, and if you no longer need them, discard the other accessories following your local trash and recycling regulations.

That aside, I am still torn between the plus (flat screen & better size for me) & the ultra (bigger battery & all the usual extras).
Where did you see that? Never had to return a charger for a Samsung Trade-In.

my S21 Ultra did NOT come with a charger. how in the world would i have to include a charger if it didn't come with a charger originally?

Anyone who ordered a tab 8 ultra combo with the bookcover not see the bookcover show up in their cart after checkout? I even went back through the process and it didn't say sold out and it still didn't show

I was going to place a second order so I could change my s22 Ultra color to green but, when I added the Tab 8 Ultra combo, the keyboard was removed at checkout because it was sold out.

It states must return charger if applicable. Since it didn't come with a charger, I don't think it's applicable.

I used Chat as my education discount would show then on the final price it disappeared. I was told to log out and log back in and it worked and I got the discount when I completed the sale.

I went ahead and got it and talked to them on the chat about everything. They offered me 5% off when the order ships. I wonder if I should try and talk to another chat agent and see if I can still get the full educational discount or just leave it alone.....

I'm not sure how I got the education discount. Maybe because my kids are in school? My wife is also a preschool teacher.

Usually buy mines through T-Mobile since I have Jump! and use that each upgrade but since I didn't upgrade to the S21 line (from my S20 Ultra), don't plan on trading in my S20 Ultra, and T-Mobile not getting the samsung.com $200 promo too I figure I'll just do it through samsung.com.

This is my first time. Not as smooth but finally got my order in.

- Tried to set up my id.me so I could get the military discount but they wouldn't accept my DD-214 since it had redacted parts (got lost do I had to request one a while ago). I did some brightness tinkering on the pic but guess it wasn't good enough. Ended up signing up on USAA and using that as my verify.

- Then during checkout, when trying to log into T-Mobile it asked me for my pin...had to Google what they heck was that. Then tried to set it on my T-Mobile account but it kept erroring out. Eventually got it set. Tried to do the pin now but it told me I tried too much times so I have to wait an hour. Ended up skipping that part.

- Then I didn't see my Rakuten cash back. Contacted them. They ended up fixing it within two hours.

So tonight I get a text telling me my reservation is ready and I qualify for 250 in credit.

Too late I ordered already.

Wow so for T-Mobile, the S22 Ultra 256GB in white & green is out of stock and the 512GB in white is out of stock. All the other carriers (and unlocked) still have all in stock. Just wondering, is it all allocated differently or there's just a lot of T-Mobile/Sprint buyers?

Yea....I said I wouldn't do it.... But I did... That Fold battery and lack of built in pen. Plus $900 trade in can't pass that up.

Thanks, I hadn't noticed that. It's quite weird, because Samsung has always said not to include accessories (other than the built-in stylus for Notes), and their website's trade-in FAQ still says not to send accessories.

Still trying to pre-order at telus store in Canada but still unable to seems like the system is still down
