Samsung.com Orders

So tonight I get a text telling me my reservation is ready and I qualify for 250 in credit.

Too late I ordered already.

I got the same text. I had a chat with Samsung support. They told me that after I receive my S22 Ultra, to contact them and provide them my ticket number that he provided me…and they’ll refund me $50.

So that’s what I’m going to do.

Yes...I did that already.....it's not the first time this has happened to me. I have always had good luck dealing with them after the fact. Just wish they would get their act together. One Year they realized their mistake and automatically sent out a $50 credit Via email.

No need for 2 phones.... I LOVE the Fold.... But shiney and new is attractive too!

I ordered and paid for S22 Ultra (burgundy, 512GB) directly from Samsung. Delivery states February 25th. Trading in Note 20 Ultra. With store credit, picked up the new Buds Pro in lavender and silicone case in burgundy. I went with unlocked phone as opposed to using T-mobile. Got instant credit for trade-in without having to deal with T-mobile reimbursing trade-in over 24 months.

Thanks, I hadn't noticed that. It's quite weird, because Samsung has always said not to include accessories (other than the built-in stylus for Notes), and their website's trade-in FAQ still says not to send accessories.

I am confused by that statement too. I know I have the charger for Note 20 Ultra somewhere, I have to find it.

What is the best Verizon or unlocked S22 Ultra Promotion?
I have a Note 10+ that I don't want to trade in (mint condition, works perfectly and has micro SD card) and a multitude of other devices (Two LG V20's, iPhone 6 and iPhone 7, Note II, among many).
Unfortunately Verizon and Samsung will only offer $425 for my Note 10+ and literally nothing for any of the other phones.
I stumble across AT&T and their trade in any phone promo. They offered me $800 for my iPhone 6.
That would bring the cost of an 512GB S22 Ultra to $500 and I get to keep my Note 10+!

I can't bring myself to switch to AT&T especially since my wife and sons are with me on Verizon.

But now every promo seems inadequate when compared to the AT&T deal.

Is the best offer available for unlocked or Verizon 512GB S22 Ultra $1299 and a $250 credit certificate?
I chose unlocked, rather than Verizon, since Verizon didn't offer anything for my S10+.

Its weird because it also mentions charging case if applicable.....I wonder if it's a generic statement that applies to other types of trade in items because it also pops up for watches and tablets. It also shows up for other devices like the fold 3 for which I traded in my S20 with no charger.

I have a feeling that when we get those e-mails with instructions and label, it's going to say to not return any chargers. I think that is indeed generic.

I was going to place a second order so I could change my s22 Ultra color to green but, when I added the Tab 8 Ultra combo, the keyboard was removed at checkout because it was sold out.

I knew not to wait for the $50 reservation discount. Free $350 keyboard or $50 in credit, what's better, lol. ;) I did almost give up ordering with all the problems trying to checkout yesterday, however. :p

You folks who get Rakuten to fix missing rebates so quickly are lucky because when I have to have them fix it, they wait 45 days trying to contact Samsung before just giving in and giving me the rebate. This has happened like the last few times buying phones and I got so tired of calling them this time, I placed my order through the Shop Samsung app - which for some reason is always cheaper than the website. I ended up saving about $100 vs. the website, but I forgo the Rakuten rebate which should have given me about $160. I know, money on the table, but I really didn't have any patience to do this with them again this time. Next time. LOL

I only got my $50 credit email Thursday which only seemed to apply to order on the website and not on the Shop Samsung app. The website clearly says that the $250 credit includes my $50 bonus (before it said only $200), but on the app, all I see is the app special credit of $250 that I think everyone gets.

I wonder if I should contact them and ask why I didn't get the $50 credit using the Shop Samsung app?

Finally able to order my 512gb burgundy ultra yesterday morning as well as a tab s8 ultra. Also, finally able to log back into Android central after almost a year of being locked out for no reason.

After trying over 50x since 9am this morning finally got it

When you get the red one make a separate thread showing it. Thanks

You have to keep trying. Happened to me and after an hour or so it finally stayed in the cart and I checked out.

But do not cancel until it shows all the way through checkout. Otherwise you might lose what you have already.

Just gotta wait for someone to cancel an order. I canceled 2 orders to make changes. First time lost my keyboard cover cause someone else took it. 2nd time I got another chance at it and kept it.

Managed to find an even better deal in Australia for the S22 Ultra and.....I kinda went nuts hahaha.

This deal is so insane that I feel like I'm going to get an email saying they can't honor it and it'll get cancelled.

Basically I got the phone at a big discount, I get free Samsung Care+, discounted case and discounted watch. As you can see, total saving is $1,707, which is just absolutely nuts.

Samsung do incredible deals on their phones even at release. I'll have to cancel my previous order, but that's fine. I'm paying even less for this deal and I get a watch and Samsung Care+ included.

I switched from the S21U to the Z fold 3. Keeping the Fold and getting the S22U as my daily use.

Honestly it's a waste of money upgrading every release but I can never help it unfortunately smh.
I always have a monthly payment on a phone, so it's not really wasting money. I'll probably never keep a phone long enough to pay it off completely.

I'm doing the same thing, but I'm switching because I hate the fold 3. Keyboard, battery and cameras are all a downgrade from the s21u. Only nice thing is the giant screen.
