Samsung.com Orders

only my samsung care+ item line has the cancel button at this stage. all other items are "in process".

this is good in that we're moving along the process!

thinking about this, it's quite funny: the bunch of us on these threads do this year after year, same folks, by and large. there's @Mustang who is always helpful, very helpful and knowledgeable, and so many others! ha ha.

In process, no cancel button shown. I guess that means everything is on tract for 2/25 at least

Has anyone had any luck getting Samsung chat to reimburse you all of your student discount back? Only thing they would give me the other night was 5% off since it said on all the pages, I was supposed to be getting the student discount but when I went to place the order, it wasn't there.
I believe the education discount was 7.5 %. Are you saying you didn't get it or you only got 5%?

I haven't gotten it yet but supposedly they are supposed to give me 5% back once the phone ships. I'd like to get it all back but wasn't sure if another rep might or not or if anyone has tried.

When you contact them after shipping ask them how come you're not getting the full discount.

I just checked, my label has been created!

Thank You! After the dreadful ordering process, things are now moving quite quickly!

I was just looking at my order, and the order for this Samsung S22U, 256gb is $11.99 LESS than an order I placed for a Galaxy S20+ 5G 128GB (Unlocked). Makes the S22U sound like one heck of a deal.

Where was your previous order from and why did they give you Samsung Care free?

My previous order was from Samsung.com as well. I posted it in this thread a page or two back.

Basically my workplace has deals with Samsung, more than the EPP store thing, so Samsung Care is included in it.

I will still have to pay money if I make a claim for a phone replacement, but the initial charge for Samsung Care is waived.

It would be nice of Samsung to deliver the phones early since we had to put up with that preorder mess.

And two years of Covid mess...all us early buyers deserve a little quicker delivery of our phones to offset the madness of the past two years lol...

Anyway, what does it mean when your order says "In Process" and then "Faster" underneath it?

I don't put much faith in these companies last 2 years since covid19/chip shortage/worker shortage..same happened when I pre-order pixel 6 pro

Cool

I hate you Samsung.com

I spent 5 hours trying to get items in my cart, and then you wouldn't activate my Tmobile account. I verified with Tmobile that my pin was correct, and yet you wouldn't accept my pin. I hate you and I hope you die.

I had the same issue when trying to purchase the fold 3 and this phone. Their website kept telling me there was a code error. I finally had to just buy the phone without TMobile activation

Just checked FEDEX and looks like my order is arriving on the 22nd. Weight is 2lbs so I know its not the leather case i ordered. Also order ID matches.

Makes sense as the S22 Ultra is literally the price of what the S20+ was. Most forget that the S20 Ultra was actually priced at 1399 when it was released . Glad to see there's been a decrease rather than an increase.
