I ordered on launch day, I still have the cancellation button and shipping info. Not cool.

Hold on tight, I ordered during the event on first day before the website problems started and my cancel button disappeared only today morning and just got FedEx label today afternoon. They aren't generating labels in any order, I think they will get to it before they actually start shipping weekend.

While we wait on fedex labels and cancel button to disappear , I always wonder about the amount of time the workers go through processing our order must be overwhelming lol

I have a FedEx label for the phone. Shipping Saturday.2/19 and arriving Tuesday 2/22

If you just download the FedEx app and set up an account, it'll automatically show you shipments that are being sent to your address.

I don't have any kind of special account or business account, just the freebie one.

The app is great! FedEx shows delivery of 2/22 while Samsung is still 2/25. FedEx also says a label was created but they have not received any items for shipping.

I'm wondering is it just a Fedex account you need, or do you need to have signed up for "Delivery Manager" a separate "free" function of the FedEx account?

You sign up for FedEx and if you get the phone shipped to a residential address the tracking info should populate if you add your home address. It doesn't work with businesses. Not sure about condo addresses.

Just did the tracking on Fedex.com via Order Number/Zip and it is now showing label created. The delivery date went from 2/25 to 2/22...SWEET!

Edit: FYI, my order was placed on 2/10. T-Mo S22U, black.

Thanks. Yeah I decided to just order the phone right now. I'm was doing too much going back and forth with the get it..no don't get it etc lol. So I'm still thinking on it. I might still get it. Would be first Samsung tablet for me. I love the size lol.

The s8 wait sucked because most of us had the Note 7 and were dying for a big screen phone with the S8 plus. I was on an S7 Edge and the phone sucked! Remember everyone on here was going nuts calling Samsung and such to see when it was shipping.

No there have been several cases. Although this was probably the rarest and only for us that ordered online. Also this was 4 years ago. They've of course cracked down on sending things so early.

Is the free keyboard a pre-order only bonus? So there's a chance we can get it later (when the eCertificate shows up)?

Got my order in @ 9:30 am during the presentation with immediate confirmation and I may have jinxed myself with such an early order.... I had this happen a previous year.

22U 1TB white still sitting with cancel button with "PREORDER" and "FASTER" under it with Feb 25 yet. Lets hope this means overnight and they just wont process until its ready to roll out the door.
