Ugh so I decided to finally go to Best buy and look at the phones and yeah the ultra is bought the same size as the s20+ I'm getting. Luckily my order hasn't moved from the processing state and I can still click on cancel but I get a technical error when I go to cancel it :/ so the customer service rep sent an order to the technical team to cancel this and I hope they can bc now I want the ultra.

it seems like most folks have seen changes/movement on their order pages, i.e. the cancel button disappearing, etc.

at least that gives hope and is a sign that things are moving along!

i can't understand why i ordered SO EARLY (before 1am, merely 1 hour after pre-order began!) and i have seen no such removal of my cancel button yet?

even the authorization hold on my credit card has fallen off and disappeared because the preorder was done 7 days ago by now!!!

frustrating.

I wouldn't get too frustrated. You should be getting your phone along with the rest of us mid-next week.

I'll tell you my history with a recent samsung order that will make you feel more relaxed. Last year with the note 10+ preorders every one and their mother in this thread had their cancel button disappear but me. In the end I got my phone the same time as everyone.

i sat at my computer at 1AM doing this pre-order thing and still, i see most others with progress to show and not much to show for me.

thank you for your words of encouragement. i guess there may not be any rhyme or reason to these quirky buttons disappearing, etc.

i got a chuckle out of the guy who posted below that each time he checks his order page, his cancel button gets larger ha ha. a good one!

My freebie GWA2 is supposed to be here tomorrow. Samsung sent no signature but they will not allow Fedex to hold at Walgreens or at Fedex itself...thats pretty sad, so no choice but to leave on porch all day tomorrow. Don't understand that logic at all. I hope phones aren't same.

I just pulled the trigger on an S20 plus AT&T gray and black Buds+! I can't wait since I'm coming from an S8+.

I haven't gotten anything from Samsung yet but I have a FedEx delivery alert that lets me know that shipments are coming and I just got notification that a shipment is coming from Texas and will be arriving on March 4th. Don't know what it is but I'm assuming it's the S20.

Now I'm going to whine lol. Everyone who's gotten a label for the phone shows a weight of 2 lbs. I have 2 labels, 0.5 lbs and 1 lbs. My buds are on backorder. I don't know what they are sending but it can't be the phone. Grrrrr.
