My Active 2 watch just shipped, scheduled for Wednesday. Now just missing the wireless charger.
 
I got notice that all 3 items I ordered will be here weds. They are all shipped separately and the weight on them makes no sense. The phone is 2 lbs, one item is 1lb and another one is 3 lbs. I don't see the buds+ or the LED case weighing 3 lbs. I'm happy they are coming 2 days earlier than expected!

Maybe the threw an extra phone inside the led case.....lol
 
Wait a second, I thought why the hell Samsung hasn't charged even though my order is delivering Tuesday. I looked at my credit card transactions again and the charge is posted on Feb 21

I'm pretty sure that was authorization when it was initially ordered and fell off after few days. What kind of transaction trickery is it that it magically again showed up

No wonder I didn't get any new charge notification in the last couple of days like I get all the time.

Well, my LED case and Buds+ shipped but my Ultra still has not. Ordered at 12:10 am on Feb 21st. All 3 labels were created at the same time and the one for the phone was set to be delivered today (3rd) but they still haven't shipped it.
 
Did you try from FedEx app on phone? I do see on website they have the weird shipper restriction message about changing delivery options but from FedEx app I was able to place hold without any issues. Try from FedEx app and see if it lets to hold for pick up for you.

On the app it says the action can't be completed...
 
Nothing yet for me. Thought I'd wake up to a label at least. Ugh.

I'm hoping for a label today. Since my buds are already scheduled for tomorrow, and I paid the extra $14 for next day shipping, it would make sense to coordinate them to arrive same day. Of course nothing about this process has made since yet. Beginning with the useless pre selecting of a device, which meant absolutely nothing, to assuming that being one of the 1st to order would mean that you would be one of the first to get it.

I'm right there with you on that one. I ordered at 12:10 am and it seems everyone else is already getting theirs and mine still hasn't even shipped yet. I also paid for next day shipping. Really hoping it goes out today.

My buds are arriving today. Even though they appeared as backordered the whole time. I also paid the extra $14. Yeah I agree the preselecting was useless because those of us who pre ordered right at the beginning are getting our orders after everyone else.

it is entirely bizarre that early to pre-order doesn't equal early to receive, right? weird.

as far as i can tell, the encouragement for early pre-orders is merely to help Samsung in their inventory management.

So Far The Battery Life Sucks On S20 Ultra , My Note10 Plus Battery Life is 10x better, But let me let it settle down for a week to see if that changes.
 
My turn to panic? :) Phone was picked up yesterday at 6am in Irving, TX. 24 hours later and no new updates. Figured it would have hit a hub somewhere by now. Maybe its on a truck coming directly to Minneapolis. Scheduled delivery for 3/4 fedex 2 day shipping.

Mine was the same thing. Now this morning i see it in Memphis. Same delivery date. U should be ok
 
Can I panic since I still don't have an origin scan and it was scheduled for delivery tomorrow? I just need to know what day I need to WFH so I can sign for the thing
 
I posted earlier how I was expecting my phone yesterday and the wife's order still said "processing" and expected to be delivered March 6th. Well, I received two boxes, each one with a device - just waiting for the freebies now.
 
anyone use the free standard 2 day shipping and get it a day early from the "estimated fedex date"?


Yep, I did. Originally said delivery for Tuesday (even the FedEx website showed it was at the local hub and not due for delivery) but it showed up.

Weird, my Buds+ was also picked up yesterday but nothing updated since 6am yesterday.
 
Now I'm panicking. My buds will be delivered today but no sign of my phone at all. No label, no charge, no nothing.
The most annoying part is the Samsung rep telling me that since my order was placed on the 21st it's priority to be one of the ones to have it shipped first. Really?
