Samsung.com Orders

No I'm the usual Verizon unlimited plan but Seattle area doesn't have Verizon 5G so I haven't added any 5G specific plan. Isn't 5G already included in their unlimited plan prize at least for now? That's what I thought.

Just tested out the Buds+, I'm impressed in the sound compared to that from Buds from what I remember.

Another Samsung preorder checking in.

2/26 placed preorder for grey S20+ 128 T-Mobile. Changed my mind on color and tried to change it but couldn't figure out how so I tried to cancel the order. Clicking cancel resulted in an error message and to try again later. I leave it thinking WTH, I'll go with the grey.

2/28 - I check my order on Samsung web site and it says cancelled. OMG! So I place an order for blue S20+ 128 T-Mobile.

3/3 - got email that my order shipped (label created)
Samsung site says my order will be delivered on 3/7, Fedex site says my order will be delivered 3/5 so I'm going with Fedex :D

To the ppl who have their phones, how's the 5G? I never see ppl talking about it. I have T-Mobile and they have it everywhere in Vegas
Great question...I live just North or New Orleans and Tmo is supposed to have the 600 mghz Band 66 or 71 can't recall? but so far I have not traveled close enough to the city to pick it up but will send the Speed Tests and Screen Pics by end of the week

Mike & all...I have an older Prepaid plan with Tmo that I use for my play phone, ($30/Month for 5gb LTE data)
I was told by a Tmo store representative that if your phone is 5g compatible it will pick up their 5g network if your in an area that is covered by 5g...
Anyone else know if you have to subscribe (and likely pay more) to get 5g??
Obviously, I don't put any weight on store reps as everyone on this thread knows more about Mobile Phones then any employee of any carrier. Hahaaaa

I'm in Houston and my speeds haven't been impressive -- no better than LTE speeds. My first test was 12.8 down and 2.6 up, though, to be fair, that was from the front, inside, of a Walmart -- one where my LTE reception has been spotty, at best. Sitting at home now, I'm getting 20.9 down and 40.9 up.

There are a couple of more places where I'm interested to test; while the speeds aren't great, I do seem to be getting usable speeds in areas where there were either dead spots (such as inside stores), or where the LTE network was overly congested.

I'm in wichita with tmobile. The download speeds don't seem much different vs my note 10 but the upload speeds seem like they are 40 to 50% faster on the ultra.

On T-Mobile in the Boston area, and we have lowband 5g and I'm seeing about 200 mbps download and 50-ish upload.

One thing for sure the Ultra feels like a tank in hand

It's definitely a different experience from the light Note 10 Plus. That said, all the reviewers bashing the phone apparently haven't tried the 11 Pro Max because it's every bit as heavy and awkward as this phone yet has .4 inches small screen space. I like the 11 Pro Max quite a but it seemed like Apple got a free pass for building a giant brick.

No add ons needed. You will get whatever coverage is available in your area at no additional cost.
