AT&T S20 Ultra 512gb out for delivery, and no it's not for me it's for my son, I'll wait for Note20 Ultra.
 
Those who paid up for expedited $14 one day shipping and few lucky ones for which FedEx loaded on to delivery truck even though it was scheduled for Tuesday.
Lol. I paid the $14 dollars and ordered like minutes after midnight the first day. No label or tracking number for the phone so far.
 
My cancelled tracking number has been revived. Left the fedex facility in TX and delivery on Wednesday. We'll see about that. I was ok with Friday delivery but can't complain about getting the phone early. lol
 
I ordered at 12:05 edt first day of ordering and paid for overnight shipping and mine has not even been shipped yet. If you think this is bad, wait until you need to deal with Samsung customer "care".

I meant to say for those who already got shipped lol. Not for those who are still waiting for shipping. As mentioned earlier, one day shipping doesn't help speeding up Samsung processing time, it only matters once it ships and FedEx has it.

No idea why yours isn't processed. What model is yours?

Same boat as you. I spoke to a rep and she told me no one's phones are getting shipped until Thursday. I told her that's bull and she tried to argue with me. So yeah they suck lol.
 
I pre ordered the unlocked Grey 128 ultra on the 21st... FedEx just notified of 2 packages being delivered Wednesday, 1 requiring a signature... The other is the buds

It's not bad for me personally and never had any issue with Samsung pre orders in general. May be I have been lucky.

As far as customer care, I don't deal with any companies customer care since most of them are clueless and I don't like or bother talking with them.

And this is not the first Samsung phone I'm buying

All that excitement yesterday of imagining that the phone will arrive today! All for nothing.

Well, maybe not nothing. Tomorrow is still pretty good!

Naively, I really thought yesterday that I'll have a good chance of getting it today.
 
Just got the notice this morning that my GS20+ Unlocked direct from Sammy is "Out for Delivery"

Argh, preordered the S20U AT&T model from Samsung on 2/22, paid for express shipping, no notices at all so far. Last time I pay for faster shipping.

Hey bhatech, did you check FedEx Website, via a computer and use the Beta Tracking? it was explained a few posts back and I was able to see the shipping data using this method when the App on the phone/ipad was not showing anything...hope you get this sorted, best of luck

I was one of them who suggested to use the FedEx track by reference method like we do always

My order has no issues, it was shipped last week and I have my tracking info, hold for pick up has been placed when saw the tracking in FedEx. All good to go

I was replying to other people who had issues.
 
Phone shipped and is going to be delivered tomorrow. However, I ordered a BUNCH of accessories and those have not shipped.....anyone else having the same issue?
 
I dont see a charge yet on my debit card, which seems familiar from last year. I do see a strange pending ATM credit in the amount of 1075 which has been on my account since yesterday. There only thing I can think of is that's it's to compensate for the hold that was on my account which is actually gone. Anyone else have something like that?

Nothing on my amex credit card still and nothing under pending chargers as well. I get notifications on my wallet apps on various phones and from amex as soon as any charge happens. And I haven't seen any as of now. May be they charge on day of delivery
