I'm in the same boat you're in. I said in another post that as time has gone by that I really was caring less each day and the problem is that that is the truth. If Sammy emailed me that my order was cancelled, purposely or accidentally, it wouldn't bother at this point.
Well if anyone who hasn't received a shipping label at this point magically gets one please post so I have some hope lol

Finally got a label. They picked it up at 3:47 pm and it gets here tomorrow. I'm guessing they are picking up and scanning everything now.

Let's believe that they're telling the truth that they are shipping everything tonight. Something is going on because I was trying to look at my order before I got the label and couldn't. Then I was trying to go to order support to chat and annoy another rep and I couldn't. The Samsung website is being super laggy. They must be doing something.
 
The sad truth is what can we do if the 6th comes and goes and we don't have our phones (those that still don't)? Cancel our order? That won't fix the waiting. Nothing was legally binding in terms of delivery date. Meanwhile, people are walking into Best Buy and picking up their preorders as we speak. I usually went through Best Buy or Verizon, this is my first through Samsung. I'm hoping I'm one of those who gets the phone without any change in the Fedex status because the way that looks, who knows when its coming?

I shot them a DM through Facebook. Sometimes I get quick replies form companies through that route
 
My girlfriends phone was sitting at label created the last couple days. It was just picked up within the last hour. So they are definitely moving things along today.
 
Samsung requires a signature. You can have them hold it at local facility. You then can pick it up. That's what I did I had mine held at local Walgreens and I signed it for it and picked it up.
I was told by FedEx this morning that Samsung requires signature for the phone and they won't leave it. Or you could have them hold it at a facility for pickup.
 
Well my phone shipped last Friday. FedEx has been cruising around Memphis with it since Sunday night. So, hate to say this, once you get past Samsung's nightmare shipping out, you could deal with FedEx nightmare next.

My wife's arrived yesterday and mine has been stuck in Memphis since Monday. FedEx is putting a trace on it but I don't see much luck happening there. My Galaxy Buds+ arrived though lol
