Well I called them and they assured me that I would have my phone tomorrow, or they would let me know about it tomorrow if it doesn't come. They also informed me they haven't shipped any phone yet, was hard to laugh at that one. Tempted to just refuse delivery.

Print the trade in shipping label, package it safely in a shipping box.
Follow instructions from trade in email they send you once you receive your phone and send it within 15 days (they give you the date on the trade in email)

Wouldn't have mattered, I ordered the afternoon of the 22nd and absolutely no info here. I didn't even receive new buds to listen to sad music on.

Well, just a few minutes ago they issued a FOURTH label for the phone. Here's to hoping they actually use this last one!! I just don't understand why they keep making labels and not using them. Oh well. At least SOMETHING happened. Who knows. I'm not very hopeful.
