I did another pre-order tonight. Said it'll ship by the 6th with a by March 10 the delivery date.
 
Not sure. Maybe I got a bad one but my pics look like crap, very fuzzy and noisey. I'm not much of a picture person so I don't use the camera much unless taking pictures of my critters. I have the note 10+ now and it's kinda the same thing in the sense of size and weight. Yeah I can use it one handed for the most part but I think I'd rather the lighter phone. Lol idk I ordered the s20+ as well today to see them and compare them together a couple of days and return whatever one I like least. Plus I wanted to order before the freebies were up in case I do return the ultra. Again nice phone but for me not nice enough to warrant the extra 200

No the update didn't show up for me of course until I went to reset it after I filed a return with Samsung. I didn't even know there was an update. Eh it's ok I'll just go with the s20 plus again.
 
Whelp they cancelled my 4th label and my phone still has not shipped. I honestly don't know what to do at this point.

I've chatted with multiple reps and called numerous times and they all tell me the same exact thing. That it has been sent to fulfillment and will be delivered by the 6th.

I still don't have my first label! Even though it still says will ship by the 4th and well that was yesterday lol.
 
Still 0 info here. Guess I gotta call today, although I'm sure I'll receive the same canned responses.

I feel for you. This whole thing has been one big mess. I have no idea what's going on and just wish they would at least send an email or something saying what is up.

They just created a 5th label for the phone and this one is showing that it ships today with delivery by tomorrow via FedEx overnight. I didn't pay for express shipping so this could be good.

But I'm not getting my hopes up. I've been let down too many times this past week to put my trust in them. But here's to hoping they actually ship it today!

They just created a 5th label for the phone and this one is showing that it ships today with delivery by tomorrow via FedEx overnight. I didn't pay for express shipping so this could be good.

But I'm not getting my hopes up. I've been let down too many times this past week to put my trust in them. But here's to hoping they actually ship it today!
 
Finally got a tracking number around 8pm last night. I immediately had it held at local Walgreen's since most of the time they try and deliver at my house I'm at work. The FedEx agent I talked to beforehand said I should still have it by Friday, so let's see

My phone was scheduled to be here Wednesday, even though the updates were showing nowhere close, bit said deliver by 8 Wednesday night. There FedEx reps both said it will be delivered Wednesday by 8. Well, still not here. Good news is it's closer but deliver date says to be determined now.

Mine still says tomorrow by 8pm, so hopefully. The Walgreens I requested the hold at is like 30 seconds from my house.
 
Well, Samsung pretty much reiterated they were only going to try and help me when my order misses the official release date tomorrow, which sucks because at that point I wouldn't receive my order till next week at the earliest.

Won't be ordering from Samsung again, that's for sure.

Same. I just called and all I got was, " I hope you get it in the next 2 days." Seriously?!?! Worst customer service ever.
 
Just got another label creation, minutes after I hung up with Samsung, and it states a Monday delivery. That $14 was well spent :|
