Lol yeah it's so messed up, I already got all the emails with the note 10 and stuff that show serial number yet I dont have it hahaha


mine will be here tomorrow and I don't think I've gotten that email yet. off to check but don't remember seeing serial number only model number
 
I’m actually at the point where I would rather mine just update to show Thursday delivery now. Because after a couple of attempts to get an answer from Samsung, I’m pretty much left in the dark. Still shows Wednesday delivery but my package hasn’t been picked up yet.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble and delay. this is my first experience with Samsung purchasing for a device.

I think that's like a stock response they're given. I purchased a black one, then refused the package. Chatting with them to make sure it got to them fine and they can't tell me. And they bring up the hurricane. And I tell them the same thing. I'm nowhere near that.

Thanks. Yeah I’m most worried that my package just won’t get picked up and that they are going to keep telling me to wait until the 10th. That’s what the supervisor on the chat said earlier.

I'd suggest to take screenshots and wait till tomorrow. If nothing contact them and advise that you have screenshots and ask for credits or whatever can make you feel better. Its disgusting how support works with them.

Yeah I’m at the point where if it’s not picked up by tonight, I might tell them to forget and see if I can just get a refund. I’m sure they’d have trouble processing that too.
 
Oh and speak of the devil. My package was just picked up. Thursday delivery. A little disappointed because I have plans Thursday night so I probably won’t pop my SIM card in until Friday night but oh well.

So wildly wondering here... I am seriously contemplating switching to Verizon from AT&T (after the latter jacked up our per line rates without notice). I am still in my 15 day window for my Note 10+ unlocked pre-order. Could I ask Samsung to "exchange" Note 10+ for Note 10+ 5G (I would pay the difference)? I only see a return button. But I want to keep my $150 of freebies. Don't want to return them as well.
