Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

Mine is still listed as "preorder" with no cancel button. Still has my expected delivery date of 8/23 as well. Samsung only gave me canned responses saying it is expected to be delivered then. This is for an AT&T Aura Glow 256GB N10+. Phone was ordered about 12:10AM EST on 8/8.

I'm afraid it's time to start badgering Samsung. This has gone on way too long. You still have time to pre-order (and get a Samsung $150 credit voucher) even if you go to the carrier or Best Buy. No good trade-in like on an unlocked though.
This has been way too much to happen to a long-time Samsung supporter. Sorry.

Still no email, cc charge, or shipping notification here. I'm over it.
 
I realize I ordered later than you 8/11, I was just bumped back to Sept 4, No CC year either. I might just cancel too at this rate. Yeah I loose the blue, but the glow one would be OK too.

I ordered on the 11 also. The blue also 256. Yesterday it said estimate delivery August 23. Today September 4. I hope that changes

Oh boy, I just looked at my AC profile. Been a member since 2003. My phones are listed like this:

Finally received mine at 4:15.. FedEx guy said it's been like Christmas today. You could tell he was wore out.
 
If you people are trying to make any kind of sense out of the order-charge-ship process, stop now. There is none, I know cuz I'm old and I know things.
 
Unfortunately not. I had to call in and be put back in the queue again. Fast forward an hour and a half later.. I talk with someone else who tells me the same thing basically. He then says that I have to contact Verizon and that everything should be ok and I will receive my phone but he can't give me any other info. He said that they must not have any white ones in the warehouse and I politely pointed out that I preordered within minutes of it opening and people who purchased a few days ago literally have them in hand.

I was just being impatient.. now I'm actually worried about if my order will even go through. At least my wife's phone showed up because she actually did need it.. she's leaving Monday for an out of town academy that she will be in for three months so she really needed to get the phone set up before she leaves. Last time I preorder a Verizon anything though.. if my phone hasn't shipped by Friday I'm just going to get one in store and cancel the preorder.

It sucks...bad. I watch these forums every 6 months and it never fails. People who order 1st get the phone last while those who order 10 days later get their phones first. Sending some good vibes your way. Hang in there. Worst case scenario, walk in store Friday and worry about the rest later. :)
 
Still waiting for shipping confirmation. The site still shows an 8/23 delivery. I ordered the 512 gb Black (AT&T)...
 
PSA!!!! Watch your return shipping label. Mine has a portion at the bottom that you return inside the box. The statements read: "Does the device turn on? Will the device be factory reset? Is the device free of cracks?" All mine were defaulted to "NO". I put white out and in large red letters put "YES" beside each one and scanned a copy for my records. BE AWARE!
 
I was back and forth about ordering my aura glow 256 plus from Samsung or through my carrier At&t. Decided to go with my carrier at the last minute. At&t shipped my phone directly from Samsung distribution yesterday it showed up today. I'm ordering directly through my carrier from now on.

No. The statements read: "Does the device turn on? Will the device be factory reset? Is the device free of cracks?" They were already printed with "NO". So I changed them to answer "YES".

Sorry. I said it wrong the first time! lol
