Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

So the sim switch out worked for me. However I am missing the visual voicemail. I even did smart switch. I don't see the program available in the play store either?

I ordered a new Sprint Sim kit tonight. I should have realized before today that I couldn't do the phone swap if I took the Sim card out of my S10 and put it in the Note 10+. The Sim should be here by Friday. No biggie. In the meantime I can play around with the Note 10+ even though its not activated yet. :)
 
The Visual Voice Mail (just called 'voicemail') should be in your app drawer already. Do a search, and try and find it.

Nope not there. Had someone call me and leave a voicemail too like someone suggested. I will ask Xfinity when I go back in there on Saturday. Thats the only thing not working as far as I can tell.
 
Finally home and opened my box and I'm already bothered. Is ATT again forcing their own boxes? I though we were over this....

So, has anyone else seen NO movement on the Samsung order page? ATT/Carrier Locked/256GB.

Still shows expected delivery of the 23rd. But nothing in regards to processing. I ordered on the 8th
 
I received my blue 256GB unlocked N10+ at Walgreens just now. The process was pretty smooth except for confusing and contradictory info on the FedEx site.

First, the FedEx status page said "! Delivery option(s) aren't available due to shipper restrictions. Please contact the shipper".

I ignored that and (yesterday) selected Walgreens delivery, and the website immediately confirmed that "Your package will be routed to the location below to be picked up". However, I later received an email saying only that "The request to hold your shipment at a FedEx location has been received". The status page, meanwhile, changed from "expected delivery" today to "requested delivery" today. It continued to show my home address as the destination, mentioning only that "Delivery option requested: Hold at FedEx OnSite". But the top of the page said "! Package is not yet available for pickup", suggesting that the delivery location had successfully changed.

This morning at 7am, the package was "[nearby city name], at local FedEx facility"; and at 9:15, was "on FedEx vehicle for delivery", still "requested delivery" date today and "not yet available for pickup".

Then, at 10:30, it reverted to "[nearby city name], at local FedEx facility", and the "requested delivery" changed from today to "Pending". But it also said "Tendered at FedEx OnSite". So I walked over to Walgreens, and the package was waiting for me there. (It was sitting unattended on a counter in easy reach of all customers, but at least it's not my responsibility if someone takes it before I sign for it.)

TL;DR: FedEx Walgreens pickup works well, but you have to ignore a lot of disinformation on the FedEx status page.

Same experience here. I had my packages held at the local Fedex store and it really didn't show anything on the tracking until this morning when I got texts saying the packages were ready for pick up. Phew! I was at work, so I was really counting on the "hold" to work. There should be a way for Fedex to update that kind of notification earlier in the process. Anyway, it worked and I have my Note 10+ Aura Glow and my freebies! :)

Same for me, but I got the Black 512 unlocked.
 
Lost my cancel button for mu Unlocked Aura Glow that is not supposed to be here til 9/4.

Hoping to get it sooner since I lost the button.

Checking FedEx religiously... LOL


Shipped today for receipt Friday.

1.5 weeks early, Love it!

No movement for me on Samsung and no shipped notification from FedEx either. I also ordered on the 8th a 256GB aura glow AT&T version of the note 10+. Still just says expected delivery on the 23rd. I just chatted with Samsung rep that basically guaranteed me that the phone would be here by Friday.

Thanks. I guess it's entirely conceivable that they go out tomorrow, next day delivery.

Wonder if it has something to do with the ATT branded box it comes in.
 
I'll wait to send the trade in until end of next week since have got to decide if I want to keep the Note 10 or 10+. Based on that return the one I don't need and send the trade in device for the other order.
It's so difficult to make the decision, every time I pick up they both feel good. Note 10 with it's compact feel and so comfortable to use and 10+ with a huge screen with all the features. So conflicted
Does Samsung charge a restocking fee like the carriers?
 
This year onwards...Samsung has provided an option to take back your trade-in by submitting a request on their site under the trade-in item, within 7 days of trade-in declined email..please see their trade-in faq it is updated with the above info.
 
Uggh, I really don't like the cases I got as freebies. S view cover, can't get used to the flap. Leather cover, slippery and doesn't offer much protection, although I do like the non bulkiness of it.

Glad I ordered a Spigen Tough Armour to have on hand for delivery of the phone. Had one on my Note 8 for 2 years.
 
Pls tell me when did you order and when the cancel button was gone? Mine says 9/10 delivery for unlocked 256 gig Aura glow
