Xfinity (supposedly can't BYOD on an existing line) I heard wi-fi calling may not work when you just swap the sim but everything else seems to work. Phone still shows up in their system though as my Note8

Use smart switch to transfer as well and visual voicemail is available and working. Wifi calling is also available and activated although I have not tried it yet.

This is for Xfinity. Phone still shows as my Note8 on their end. I did the smart switch, but had to re download the xm visual voicemail app for some reason. But it works. It seems everything is working fine except for the wi-fi calling for me. The toggle is there but when I turn it on, after a bit of "thinking" it says unable to activate wi-fi calling at this time, try again later. I've tried it at home, and at work and get the same result. Not a big deal for me.

Finally shipped. But FedEx is saying delivery on Saturday. I went with Samsung direct as I thought it'd be a better process than the last 2 years with Best Buy. Guess I was mistaken. Sigh.

I woke up to find that I finally got order shipped email at 12:45am. Phone will be here Friday.

Just got a text from FedEx that it is now expected to be delivered today!

Let us know if you have any luck. I called and they could only say we have to wait for the warehouse, we have no additional info beyond your conformation email etc. I wouldn't care but I am on a long vacation starting Sept 1. When I ordered the site said Aug 23rd so I wasnt concerned. Then my email said Sept 4, but others date was changed back to the 23rd.. Mine has not changed from Sept 4th. Now I'm concerned..

I love the stock screen protector it comes with, its not the same old ones with the pull tab, it looks and feels like a real one, Samsung has stepped up its game

Only problem with best buy is if you do trade in there is no chance you can get it early. With Sammy lots of us got it early even with trade in.

Hear, hear. I've been treating it tenderly in the hope it'll last a while. Just the same I would also hope there'd be provisions to have one, just as this original, professionally installed in the event the Note10 Plus should need it.

Anyone get an email about the certificate for the extras? I know it is supposed to be after 10 days or whatever, but when I looked at my order to print trade in label I noticed that it's marked as delivered.
