did anyone receive a box from Samsung to ship their trade-in device back? I got an email with the label but that's it.

Samsung experience store, I'm in NYC and theres one like 2 hours away that has my variant in stock. Thinking about just doing that instead of waiting till the 10th cause its absolutely ridiculous
Oh yeah. I’m in Wisconsin so I don’t have that option. Haha. I wouldn’t blame you. If Best Buy around here got the same phone in stock I’d probably just cancel too and then complain to Samsung in hopes that they give me a good credit anyway.

Just my two cents but impatience always costs more money. Like it would cost you $200 more with what you're proposing. Plus the cost of getting to a place that's two hours away. If you wait a couple more days the phone SHOULD be in your hands. And an extra $200 to play with at Samsung
