Yep this is what I have done on past and this time tooIf you don't see the order in your Rakuten account yet, hopefully you have already started an inquiry with them. I do this *every* *year* with them. If you don't get it in Rakuten within 24 hrs, go to the Help section and open up a claim (Where's my rebate?) and start the process. They will have to go to Samsung, say that it can take up to 10 days for them to get a response from Samsung and as much as 45 days. Almost every time, they gave me the rebate after the 45 days, and once it was quicker. Don't wait if you haven't seen it in your Rakuten account. It won't show up if it hasn't by now. You need to open up an inquiry.

My 512 unlocked lime no longer says backordered in the shop app. It shows created and says 2/17. On the Samsung site it says in process so I'm hoping for good news. No FedEx label yet and cancel button still present.

Samsung chat reps have no idea when your phone will arrive. Their job is to get you to end the chat as quickly as possible so they can talk to customers whom they may actually be able to assist.Samsung continues to assure me I'm still getting mine on or before the 17th.

The app still says backordered. The website changed from pre order to in process today. Anything change on yours todayMy graphite 512 unlocked is still saying backordered in the app, but not under my order status when I'm on the site. Samsung continues to assure me I'm still getting mine on or before the 17th. I haven't received any email or notification of it actually being on backorder so I gotta just have faith all is good I guess

I decided to check the FedEx page and there's a shipment from Samsung in there now. It says Monday the 13th for delivery, but it also says delivery time could change once FedEx gets the package.I see nothing in Fed Ex just checked .

Welcome to the Samsung order chaos. There was one year there was no changes to the order pages and the phones started showing up at people's houses.I hope you're right. I've got nothing in FedEx right now either
