Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

You get the free ear buds, when you pre-order at Best Buy. You have to claim them through the Shop Samsung app on your new S10/S10+.

Does it have to be on the S10? Or can you do it now on your current phone (if Samsung because it's on the app). I remember in the past freebies you just did it online and entered a code as soon as you pre-ordered.

I guess I'm one of the only ones having problems with ordering through Samsung and trying to do ATT Next, at checkout it still wants me to pay full price for the phone instead of just tax.

For me, at checkout I had to pay for the the wireless charging pad and the small balance left for my G6 on the NEXT plan.

That's weird I had to call Customer Support and everything, (didn't help) It showed I owed ATT the balance of my phone AND the full price of the S10. I just pre-ordered through Best Buy so oh well.

On Samsung's site, the Flamingo S10+ is sold out for t-mobile. Do we know if they'll put more up before the pre-order promotion ends?

Well, just pulled the trigger on the white 128gb S10+ T-Mobile variant (was back in stock). Couldn't pass up $550 trade-in value for my Note 8, $50 accessory promo (picked up 2018 wireless charger pad) and free Galaxy buds. I also had a lot of Samsung Pay points that I didn't know I could apply to my purchase ($99 worth) so that was just icing on the cake! Total cost for me out the door with 2 day expedite free shipping came out to $407.44! Says everything will ship by March 15th so won't get it right away but my bday is March 14th so I'll just consider it a bday present to myself lol

Ordered mine literally when it opened on samsung.com I clicked it and it said reserve, 1 min later refreshed and it said pre order. Delivery date March 8

I just saw on Best Buys site in my order history I got my 9 plus on April 8th my birthday is the 9th that was my birthday present to me. I can't believe I haven't had this phone a year yet and am getting the 10 plus. I can't wait. My husband is still with his Note 8 he's due more than me. He told me to please not even think about getting the S11 LOL! Cause we've been buying unlocked outright so our Sprint bill stays the same. But with Trade ins we've been doing pretty good.

I went to Best Buy and looked at one. I had to make sure it was the 10+ and not the 10e. It is TINY, even compared to my S8+ The all screen thing sure plays a trick.

I'm just glad I am off the 8th and pray that mine is there to pick up. Than I will come home and set it all up. I work 1/2 a shift on Saturday than have a concert to go too and will be anxious to video and take pictures and even selfies. So before I reset my phone do I back up and then when I get the new phone restore back up from phone? I back up not too long ago but need to do it again right before they reset it.
