Did anybody upgrade using Best Buy? I got the Prism Blue for me & the Flamingo Pink for my wife, on At&t, but never saw anything about the Galaxy buds during checkout. Best Buy's homepage mentioned them, but never saw another thing about them after that.
I am debating on cancelling all 3 of my orders, I don't trust Samsung after reading about some horror stories and the luck I've had so far. Best Buy is offering the free buds and also giving us the same amount for our trade-ins. The only difference is the trade-in amount isn't deducted automatically, instead it's deducted monthly.
Does anyone know from experience if there is a catch with Best Buy?
Call me old school. I didn't know BestBuy can order unlocked phone. Thought they only deal At&t, Sprint, and Very.
If you're on the upgrade program but after a year want to change to e.g. the Pixel 4, and you're not interested in the S11, what happens?
Ordered a S10+ 128gb in Blue today from Best Buy. Went smooth, just had to pay off the remaining balance on my Pixel 2 XL. In total with trade in, $350 off the price.
I pulled multiple triggers as well cause I got the disease too.
Ship by date is March 15th for white though.
Did you have to trade in the phone at the moment or whenever you receive your new phone?

I placed the S10+ order on the 22nd after being approved for Samsung Financing (Handled by TD Bank). I got the authorized hold charge (Used the credit line) and the order status is now pre-order. However, I found out the charge disappeared from account next day (23rd), but the order is still active. The credit line refunded as well. I called TD bank and they don't see any records that I've purchased the S10+. It is like I haven't order anything yet. So I called Samsung and they confirmed the order. I was told to wait for a few days until the charge appears on the account. To be clear, I received order confirmation email from Samsung the day before (22nd).
Right now, the order page shows S10+ is on pre-order status and cancel button.
Is it normal for pre-order process? Anyone had similar experience? I am just worried that I might have to re-order again if there is an issue.
