Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Historically T-Mobile is the first to start shipping phones. Often you get it days before release date.
Verizon was actually the first on one of the phones, can't remember which one. I still think that was a mistake, someone hit the ship button instead of the delay shipping button by mistake.

Went back and checked the Note 9 preorder thread. Looks like some got ship notice on Tuesday and most on Wednesday. Friday was release date. So most people in the initial batch got by Thursday.

This was the case for me with both the S9+ and Note 9. I had them the day before the actual release date. As of now my S10+ says "will arrive by March 8th". Leads me to believe that it shouldn't be any different this time around.

I said some get them on time. Either way, it's just a phone, they will get here when they get here.

Mine better get here by the 8th. I leave for Hawaii on 3/9. Otherwise gonna have to get the neighbor to get it from my front porch and hold onto it for 10 days. Knowing my dumb luck this will be the one time that I don't get mine early.

But at the same time look through the carrier shipping threads and hear all the disaster stories as well.

Not to mention BestBuy as well...they royally screwed up my S8 pre-order a couple years ago. None of them are fool-proof.

I know t-mobile did not require a signature but I think Samsung might require one though.

I've never had a phone shipped to me that didn't require a signature.

I usually have mine shipped to my office where it is signed for at the front desk. This time I will be on vacation at launch time so I had it shipped to my house. However, I have had a few devices dropped without signature. I'm sure it varies based on the carrier that is used.

Ordered the night of .... The ability to cancel the order must have happened at some point today. Good sign!

Just checked mine as well. Cancel button is gone as well.

Just checked mine and can also confirm that the cancel order button is now gone. Mine is expected by 3/8.

I ordered another for my girlfriend and hers is expected by 3/15. The cancel button is still there for hers. So there is definitely some action going on for the first wave of shipments!
