Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Ordered mine on the day preorders went live. It says "Will ship by Mar 8th 2019". Cancel order sign still available. Most people have been getting "arrive by" statements I wonder why mine is will ship by 8th, even when i try to preorder s10+ ceramic black 1TB now, it says will arrive by the 8th. I had ordered the 512GB but wondering whether i should re preorder so i can get it the 8th

I did my pre order at 145am est PM the morning of the 21st. So of yours was the day of the 21st you may have to wait a little bit longer.

When I first ordered the Ceramic White my order also said "ship by" and stayed that way until I cancelled for the Ceramic Black, but shortly after the orders went live wording changed from "ship by" to "arrive by" if that helps. You should be good.
 
Ordered S10+ Prism White 5 minutes after pre orders started. My order still says ships by March 8th but my cancel button is gone now!
Hopefully we will get shipping info Sunday night going into Monday morning for delivery Tues or Wed!
 
I ordered via Samsung..can't wait to get it.

But my brother Pre-ordered through Spectrum Mobile and a few hours ago, he got his shipping confirmation and now the device even shows on his account. He said his shipping used to say arrive by March 8 and now it says shipping soon.
 
So apparently the cancel button going missing means that the orders have been sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipment. This is straight from the f&q order hyperlink about your order details.

Not 100% true. My note 9 I tried to cancel 1.5 weeks ago cancel button disappeared then but never canceled and that got denied saying it left the warehouse which isn’t true since it still hasn’t shipped. Sadly Samsung is terrible to deal with as they won’t do anything about it other than you return or reject it. Oh well. My s10 plus is coming and I know that should be here by the 8th.

No cancel button here on my s10 plus order too and it still shows the 8th.
 
My husbands still says 3/15 and he can cancel. I was hoping maybe his would of changed to the 8th but trying to pre-order the same one now says 3/22 they all do except the flamingo says the 15th.
 
I don't recall ever seeing a cancel button. Also mine says "starts shipping from 05 Mar 2019" since the day I ordered.

This is Samsung Canada.

Anybody on here have experience ordering right from Samsung Canada?
 
My cancel button is gone as well. Ordered my unlocked 128/Black S10 on the 21st around 1pm. I'm not sure there is any true logic to people having their cancel button disappear. Could be whatever batching algorithm they use for sending them out. Could have more to do with where in in the country it is shipping than the exact hour you ordered.
 
For anyone thinking of changing their order and re-preordering, note that ebates.com is providing 6% cash back today for samsung.com orders. I use them for all purchases that aren't amazon. It was 3% when I ordered my phone.
 
My ceramic white 512gb was ordered the evening of the 21st with a ship date of March 15th. It still says shipping by March 15th but my cancel button is gone, hopefully that is a good sign. I had bad luck with my Galaxy watch preorder from Samsung. I ordered it the day preorders went live and it said it would be delivered on release day but when that day came it still hadn't been shipped. I found one at a local Best Buy and immediately canceled my Samsung order. Maybe this time will be different.

Thank you. I was debating about changing from glass to ceramic, this pushed me over the edge. Just cancelled my glass and reordered the ceramic. I lost the headset, but I'll just reorder a set in Black or get something else.

This is my first time using Ebates, do they really just send you a check each month?

I think it is quarterly and as long as over $5...I think.

I thought about canceling and getting ceramic but that's like and extra $250. I'd rather save that for the N10
 
The send you a check each quarter. Sign up with paypal, and you get your money as soon as it is available that quarter. I've gotten back close to $1,400 over the past two years. I buy my TVs from Dell when they have 12-14% cash back plus free dell gift cards at dell. :) It is really that simple. I install the chrome plug-in for ebates that alerts me every time I visit a site on how much I can get back and to click their button to register that shopping trip.
 
I check early this morning and the cancel button was there.

I check again just now and the cancel button is gone.

Ordered the S10+ 1TB Ceramic Black.
