No it's not. If the driver scans the package to deliver and his/her computer states Indirect Signature and there is a signed form on the door, they are going to leave the package. They don't want to be going back to the same house day after day for the same package.

Well you know better than I do, but I have had it work both ways. I have left the form out in the past and the driver wouldn't leave it, and I have had the driver leave it. So in my experience I have seen both.
 
I pre-ordered from Samsung. I selected the trade-in deal and ordered two S10+ phones. Got the message that said the second one was on hold. Should have read the fine print, I guess. I called and talked to someone at Samsung and they said the second order would be processed after the first one ships. That doesn't appear to be true, as I've read that they have to receive and inspect the first trade-in phone before processing the second order. Sad, really. They have my credit card. If I didn't send in the trade-ins or the trade-ins were in bad condition, they could charge me. The status of both orders still shows that the ship dates are 3/15. Seems like they would change the second order status to on hold.
 
It's nice that the devices are being shipped with the free buds too and not separately or having us wait a month or two to claim them.
 
send me your order number with your zip code where its being shipped. i did the same thing and i figured out how to track it. send it to me in a private message and ill see if you got a tracking number yet

Are you referring to tracking based on reference? I tried that using the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th as shipment dates and got nothing. Guess it just hasn't shipped yet which isn't surprising since mine is in the batch for the 15th. I was just hoping since my cancel button disappeared Friday that maybe I would be getting it earlier.

You have to put in your reference number followed by _01 to track it properly

Doing it without the _01 at the end of the reference number wont bring up a tracking number at all

Thanks, I tried that and still got nothing when searching for shipments any of those days. Maybe I'll see something later this week. Are people typically finding the tracking information shows first or their charge to the credit card?

I bet yours has shipped. My girlfriends had a March 15th delivery date since the day I ordered it but her cancel button went away on Friday and it has shipped with a delivery date of Wednesday.

Like others have said, to look it up by reference, you have to put _01 after your order number.

tracking first then the card will be charged. If your not finding anything then yours didnt go out yet
 
Considered by who? FedEx doesn't use the terminology of Express. It's FedEx Priority, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Overnight, etc.

By FedEx themselves lol. I worked at a company for 11 years and shipped FedEx packages for that company. When I shipped 2-Day it was considered Express by FedEx. On the shipping label it even had an E inside of a square shape on the upper right hand corner of the label. The E stood for Express. When I shipped Ground there was a G inside of a square.

I think you are getting caught up in their marketing terminology and what they call each service for the consumer. But 2-Day is indeed considered an Express service. Which makes sense since it's guaranteed within 2 days. Ground doesn't have a guaranteed timeframe.
 
Seriously regretting cancelling my order through Samsung now : / would have been nice to get it two days earlier and have the Buds come with it. Who knows for sure how that E-gift certificate will work. I was kind of forced to though because I purchased 3 phones.

Just hope my Best Buy get's it on release day.
