Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Yes. I have a charge for the phone and a separate charge for the case. They both went through yesterday for effectively the full amount I was due to pay. Not sure why they took on the extra cost of two card swipes. Seems like there could be a good way for a consultant to go in there and help them save thousands per year on transaction fees.

That's my thing is I have a charge for the accessory but not the phone yet
 
I think Samsung is purposely getting FedEx to hold the packages until today. I live in PA and I'm sure that I would have gotten it today.
 
Was hoping I'd get lucky and get mine earlier than expected. Doesn't look like that's gonna happen. Ordered mine on 2/25 and still show shipping by the 15th with cancel button still available. Oh well...
 
Mine still the 15th for shipping. I'm in no hurry, but the cancel button is still there and I'm starting to get second thoughts and just cancel and keep my note 9. So, Samsung is helping me by giving me more time to cancel and hurting themselves by losing a possible sale. Decisions....

Yeah I live 2 hours from where the phone is shipping from and definitely would've gotten it today but it's probably been held until tomorrow
 
I preordered 2 (me & wife) with trade-in on February 22, so I was charged $478(2x) on my BoA Checking acct. and it’s still on a “preorder” status. But when I checked my BoA account today, the charged is gone! I wonder why they removed it?

My tracking still shows it was picked up by FedEx Monday at 6am :(

I hope they dont eff up my phone, like they did the LG E8 TV they recently delivered!! lol

I doubt they would do that after Fed Ex has sent out emails saying we are getting a delivery on Wednesday that needs to be signed. I think there would be a major uproar if they did that

Am I the only one who ordered directly from Samsung who isn't getting the buds shipped with the phone? Right now it just shows my phone as shipped and the buds are not but they both showed the same "ship by" date of the 8th
 
I found on FedEx Advanced Shipment Tracking "help" section:
"Use the street map to view your package’s journey on the day of delivery. Service Available: FedEx Express (FedEx First Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx 2Day® A.M.)" --- surprisingly, this is not mentioned anywhere else on their website that could be found easily or with a Google Search. That "Help" button is the only place I've found this.
I think all our shipments are the "FedEx 2Day" but not "FedEx 2Day A.M.", so I don't think we'd be able to use this. This would've been nice, as I could've technically looked at the map to see if the vehicle is close to my house and be home accordingly. Its sad that the signature is required but they won't tell us when they'll be there; I don't know why they assume we have someone at home at all times and/or live in a house and not an apartment.

I thought about cancelling as well and just waiting for the N10. My ship date is 3/22
 
I'm still waiting on confirmation that I'm actually getting my device. says it should be delivered by Friday... the case and the protector will be here Thursday... here's to hoping this order doesn't get messed up and that I don't have to reorder and wait like last year.

You're not alone. My buds shipped with my phone. Ordered 2/20. My girlfriends buds did not ship with her phone. Ordered 2/21.
 
I just got an odd update notification from FedEx about 30 minutes ago. It said my delivery has been rescheduled to tomorrow. It was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow from the beginning, so nothing changed lol. Why do you think they sent that?
