Should be a bug. I got the same email this morning where it says it's not free of cracks but the trade-in value for my Note 8 is still $550 on it and I only got charge $487 for the S10+.

Hopefully. I tried to open the same thing to confirm with the label email and I don't see that option.

I got it from Verizon! I know a lot of folks that to to carriers to get their cases. The tech21 is super duper thin. Didn't even bulk up the phone.

So excited, finally got my ship notice from Samsung. Shipped yesterday, will deliver by 8pm Wednesday!

Same with my husband I can't get anyone to answer at BB.

I just contacted Samsung via chat because my info also showed that I said no about being free of cracks. This is the response I got:

I see that there is an error on the website so that it is showing as the option as NO. Not to worry. You'll be getting the $550 off for the trade-in.

They told me my husband is getting one and I was thinking of using it towards the duo charger. He just got a call from FED-EX it was a recording confirming tomorrow by 8pm and how they needed a signature.

I talked to FedEx through my Nest doorbell cam and the guy left my phone on the porch so I am not worried about it being taken since the camera lets me know if anyone walks up. So my phone is waiting on me to get home. Less than 2 hours from now I will have the phone in my possession.

Yes,I love them! I have 2 for my Note 9. I will check Verizon's app for cases! I have checked Best Buy and Amazon with no Tech 21 available at all! Thanks so much!
